The Torah.org web site, mailings and other materials are Copyright © 1995-2009 by Project Genesis, Inc. and are protected by United States and
international copyright law. [Torah.org is a registered trade name of
Project Genesis, Inc., and statements that content is copyrighted by
Torah.org and copyrighted by Project Genesis are synonymous.] The authors
and/or publishers of individual works, including but not limited to classes
and articles, may have retained copyright to the content of those individual
works.
The class materials distributed by email, and materials taken from the
archives of these classes on the web site, may be freely copied and
redistributed in print for the purpose of encouraging Torah study (e.g.
in synagogues, Jewish schools, and Jewish study groups), as long as it
is clearly indicated that the material is copyrighted by the author and
Torah.org. Class materials may similarly be included in newspapers,
magazines, shul bulletins and other periodicals for the purpose of
encouraging Torah study by the readership, again provided that the
copyright is clearly indicated. Publishers are requested to send
one sample copy of a periodical containing class material to the offices
of Project Genesis, Inc. the first time our material is included in the

The materials on this web site may be freely redistributed via email to
individuals, and shared with a mailing list on a limited basis (defined as
forwarding a particular class, e.g. Rav Frand, to a given mailing list no
more than once each calendar month), provided that this is done for the
purpose of encouraging Torah study and that the copyright is clearly
indicated and a reference to the Torah.org web site or other subscription
information is provided. The easiest way to do this is to include the
footer of a current copy of the class, intact.
Except as described above, no part of the materials available through the
Torah.org web site may be copied, photocopied, reproduced, translated or
reduced to any electronic medium or machine-readable form, transmitted,
displayed, published or broadcast, in whole or in part, without prior
