Rabbi Chaim Flom learned in Chofetz Chaim Yeshiva In Israel, Queens, and Rochester for many years and has Semicha from Rabbi Dovid Singer zt'l and from Rabbi Nochum Josephy zt"l.

He co-founded Yeshiva Or David of Jerusalem 25 years ago, where he still teaches. He also teaches in Yeshivas Orchos Chaim and many seminaries. He also lectures in Israel and America for various shuls and organizations. Rabbi Flom has emailed a weekly dvar Torah for the past 9 years, and is a regular contributor to JemSem and GlobalYeshiva.
