Thank you for your words,I am not a haradi but you are right, we should never forget Chanuka and keep a close eye on our dangerous ,western society - E. M. -1/2-/2001

I think you need to say more to ease the anxieties posessed by non-orthodox Jews, who feel that many haredim look down on them, and barely consider them as Jews. -1/2-/2001

I think that these days, ANY reference to similarities to fundamentalist is not really in our best interest. You are right in your comparison but I think that since people are happy to think the worst of the Orthadox, I feel uncomfortable with the comparison. - S. P. -1/2-/2001

I agree that the orthodox probably have it right in how to practice Judaism. I think however that many Haredim are not much better than seculars in some ways. Mitzva counting, though it is a good value system is an incorrect way to look on living. Life in my opinion is a "counting" that we cannot count. We learn this through, the laws of census taking, and the laws of taking a life to avoid losing ones own life (for who knows whos blood is redder). I believe that an offshoot of "Mitzva counting" is snubbery and lack of depth to the observance. I also think that Haredim lack HUMILITY for what they do and feel arragont to others. Otherwise, they do have it right. - A. R. -1/2-/2001

I agree to your devokut. I myself believe in Hashem and I want to know more about strict Ortodox living.
In times of secularisation the fast holding onto the Torah is more important than ever.
May Hashem bless you for your faithfulness to hold on to the faith of your forefathers. - F. H. -1/2-/2001
