Elul / Rosh Hashanah
2 cans – Carrots
1/2 stick – Margerine
2 – Eggs
2/3 cup – Flour
1/2 cup – Sugar
spinkle of cinnamon
Blend carrots, margerine, and eggs. Add flour, and sugar. Place in pan and sprinkle cinnamon on top. bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour.
