8 – Matzos 2 cups – Sugar 6 – Eggs 1/2 lb – Butter 12 oz – Chocolate melted Red wine Strawberries cream margarine and sugar. Add yolks and beat. Add chocolate. Stiffly beat egg whites and fold into yolk mixture. Dip matzas 1 at a time into wine, but do not soak. Place matzas on a plate one at a time and cover with chocolate. Cover top and sides with remaining chocolate, garnish with sliced strawberries. |
