Pesach
4 pieces – Matza 2/3 cup – Honey 2/3 cup – Raisins 2 large – Apples, grated 1/2 cup – Orange juice 4 – Eggs, well beaten 1 tsp. – Cinnamon 1/2 cup – Nuts 2 Tbs. – Margerine Break up matzss – put in water for 1 minute. Sqeeze out water. Put in bowl, and add remaining ingrediants. Mix and pour into 2 quart baking dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour until firm. |
