The “Parsha Plan” promotes engagement and accomplishment in Torah study and knowledge by encouraging individuals to focus their study of the weekly Parsha on one Aliyah in the Parsha, per week per year with the goal of achieving more meaningful engagement and more substantive accomplishment in Parsha study.
